What is Staging?

It all started when...

I have always had an eye and a passion for interior design.  I can't help but mentally decorate and rearrange homes and businesses that I visit.  When given the opportunity for a "blank slate property," all the influences of Southern California's sleek and cultural style come flooding into my mind as I visualize the best decor and arrangements to utilize space.  This is "Staging."  Staging is taking an empty space and adding a personal touch with furniture and decor.  In doing so, we turn a house into a home, and an "on-the-market listing" into a real estate sale.
